Bacon, Fried Egg, Avocado Cheeseburger: OK, I’ll admit it: I make a damn good burger. The key is, half way through, you drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top of the patty and then flip the patty. Frying it in bacon fat doesn’t hurt, either.
