Salt Bagel with Tofu Lox from Bergen Bagels: No really, it’s delicious. Especially if you are lactose intolerant, as I am. And Bergen Bagels make the best bagels, if you like them gigantic and stuffed with cream cheese. True bagels are much smaller and boiled, but you don’t see those around much anymore.
