Pasta, Beef, Bean, Spinach Ragout:
Once I realized the supermarket didn’t have any fresh basil (really? Is Philadelphia the new Midwest?) and Haim forgot to pick up hot italian sausage, the Great Improvisation was on. 4x the noodles, dried basil, extra crushed red pepper flakes, extra chicken broth, 2x the cheese, 5T of butter (at the very end). Came out delicious. Apologies for the slightly blurry photo. I blame the Coke I had this afternoon.
