Tonight is the 5 hour couples cooking class that Mike got me for my bday! Really excited to spend the night learning and cooking (and eating).
The class is at The Institute of Culinary Education on 23rd st and 6th ave. Here is the menu we’re going to make:
- Tomato and Watermelon Salad
- Grapefruit and Avocado Salad
- Sauteed Skirt Steak with Frisee and Roasted Potato Salad
- Spiced Rubbed Rack of Lamp with Carrot and Zucchini Ribbons
- Chicken-wrapped Shrimp with Sauteed Spinach with Raisins and Pine Nuts
- Grilled Bananas with Blueberry or Chocolate Sauce
- Sabayon Topped with Raspberries
Hopefully we’ll snap some good shots and snag some good recipes to post!
I can’t wait to find out how you wrap a chicken around a piece of shrimp.
