Last night I took our clients from Hill Holliday out for a celebration dinner to thank them for being amazing business partners. They chose the restaurant: Bin 26 on Charles street. It was excellent.
But the best part was the fact that they feature a trademarked dessert! I’ve never seen that before. It was pretty good.
But the best part was my entree: risotto with salmon, smoked mozzarella and tomato. Cooked to perfection. If you are in Boston I highly recommend Bin 26.
Was learning all about trademarks this morning from a great trademark lawyer and, as far as I know, trademarking the name of your Tiramisu dessert is retarded.
Nevermind the fact that ThreeRamisu is an awful name. Let’s say another restaurant decides they want to use the same awful name for their own dessert, are you really going to take legal action against them? Really? Just so they change the name? Is it affecting your business that much?
Silly nonsense.
