Apple closes in on Microsoft, finally. Fantastic.
Rather amazing. For the decade Apple is above their best from before the crash and Microsoft is at their worst since before the crash.
10 years ago, the story was whether or not Apple would be able to overcome Microsoft’s market share in Operating Systems. Now iPhones are a third of all smartphones (IIRC) and iTunes + iPod has changed the music industry.
Diversification sure does go a long way.
