Marketing managers at smaller companies OR to enable someone who cannot afford a marketing manager to become their own marketing manager. I am running a small handcrafted Jewelry business (sole proprietor), as well as my personal blog, and this helps me stay on top of all the various tasks that would seem overwhelming to a one woman show. For a larger company, I can see the “tracking your brand” to be essential for their company to respond in nearly real-time to the murmurs of the market. Essential!
Also, now that I think about it, having once centralized place that a larger marketing team can go to, in order to see how the company has started to respond to feedback or murmurs or conversations is good for helping to decrease the chaos that could be part of a marketing team that cannot communicate well. It could improve the internal and external communication and the brand.
This is spot on where we’re heading. Great to see it’s coming across.
