Exhibit A: my lunch.
This is amazing. As is your memory.
For the record, my lunch was linguini with arugula, pine nuts, (waaaay too many) sun-dried tomatoes, cilantro, and fresh parmesan tossed in olive oil, black pepper, and a little salt.
Too many sun-dried tomatoes can ruin a dish.
