    Yes, what do I do!?

    I think you want this, because otherwise all of the non-64bit apps you have won’t work. I’m not a Mac expert, but I think Snow Leopard runs in a sort of “compatibility” mode where it runs 64-bit apps when possible and 32-bit everywhere else.
