I was lucky enough to have a co-worker give me his dinner reservation at Le Bernardin last night.

Hamachi “Sashimi”; Sea Beans and Daikon, Black Garlic-Ponzu Sauce

Peekytoe Crab “Choux Farcis”; Chili-Crab Broth

Baked Lobster “Goulash”; Light Potato Gnocchi Braised Pearl Onions (gnocchi not pictured, but the sauce tasted like BBQ Lays potato chips in the best way possible.)

Exotic Fruit Vacherin; Coconut Sorbet, Roasted Pineapple, Kokuto Syrup

Yeah, it was delicious.
