Homemade pasta sauce
This is my specialty pasta sauce. Ingredients: hot italian sausage, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, capers, fresh plum tomato, fresh basil, fresh parmesan, onions, garlic, canned crushed tomato, canned tomato paste, butter.
Glass of wine is my roommate’s. (Those of you who know me know I’m allergic to all alcohol.)
