Spirit, yay! A year ago I was in an intro astronomy class; our professor was the head of the Mars Rover project, and every morning he gave us updates on Spirit and Opportunity. We saw photos of the surface before the official Mars team did. It was insane.

Wait a second… upstate ny, Mars Rover… Steve Squyres?
I feel like I’ve met another Cornellian :) That makes you, me, and Jenna. Anyone else?
